OWNER, CEO
Lauren Fenley, RMP, PMP
As a unicorn of the sea, mischief manager and veteran, Lauren brings 13 years of experience in risk management, project management and leadership.
She has led diverse teams ranging in size from 3 to over 100 in fast paced military and corporate environments; managing program, project, operational and technical risk. She graduated from the United States Military Academy in 2011 with dual B.S. in Arabic and Comparative Politics and commissioned as an Army engineer officer. During her time in the Army, Lauren led Soldiers on two combat tours in Afghanistan, both as a platoon leader and a company commander.
After leaving the military she worked in the defense industry for 5 years as a portfolio and program risk manager, program and project manager, and as a project engineer on a variety of advanced technology programs; leading matrix organizations to further national security, solve complex problems and deliver exceptional value.
Lauren has a M.S. Engineering Management from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, is a certified Risk Management Professional (RMP), a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and was a 2022 Atlantic Council Millennium Fellow.

Quinton Fenley, XP, PE
As a unicorn of the sea, controller of chaos and veteran, Quinton brings 13 years of experience in risk management, leadership, aviation, experimental flight test, and aviation project management.
He graduated from the United States Military Academy in 2011 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and commissioned as an Army aviation officer. As an Apache pilot, Quinton led Soldiers on two combat tours in Afghanistan, both as a platoon leader and a company commander. He is a graduate of the United States Naval Test Pilot School and various Army Acquisition courses. He has extensive experience in technical and program risk through his work in rotary wing flight test as an experimental test pilot for the Army and in program management for Army Aviation.
Quinton has a M.S. from the Naval Post Graduate School in Aerospace Engineering, a M.S. Engineering Management from the Missouri University of Science and Technology and is a licensed professional mechanical engineer. He was featured in the 2023 Marquis Who’s Who in America.
